The address is Am Sudhaus 3, 12053 Berlin. When exhibitions are running, the official hours are Wednesday 12:00 to 20:00 and Thursday to Sunday 12:00 to 18:00. The regular ticket costs €10, the reduced ticket costs €7, and the further reduced ticket costs €4, while visitors under 18 and visitors on the first Sunday of the month enter free. History
The brewery complex was built from 1926 to 1930 by architects Hans Claus and Richard Schepke. Berliner Kindl stopped production in 2006 after production cuts and the loss of 160 jobs. Salome Grisard and Burkhard Varnholt acquired the listed buildings in 2011 and developed the current art centre with founding director Andreas Fiedler. The permanent exhibition program began in 2016, and Kathrin Becker became artistic director in February 2020. [1][2][3][4]
